Account Executive- Media Sales

We are currently seeking to hire an Account Executive to join our online media sales team. This position will be responsible for generating new business, presenting ZipRealty’s display advertising opportunities to advertising agencies and Fortune 500 brands, closing new accounts, and working closely with internal management and clients to ensure advertiser’s success. As a fast growing online company, ZipRealty offers opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of strong sales experience including prospecting for new business, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing large deals
• Intimate knowledge of CPC, CPM, CPA pricing models.
• Meeting or exceeding established sales quotas by cultivating and selling to new accounts
• Helping develop results based marketing strategies and promotional opportunities (from concept to execution) for agencies and direct clients
• Helping maintain a complete prospect, competitor and customer database and providing information to management as needed or requested
• Provide feedback on customers, environmental changes, insights, volume potential, price schedules, to refine market strategy with management
• Proven track record at business planning and achieving measurable goals
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills
